Only major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards will be preauthorized by "JP By The Sea" for the amount of $250.00 (safety deposit) 30 days prior to arrival. Pets are only allowed in cottages under strict guidelines. Pets are not allowed in condominiums. Guests staying for 7+ nights will be able to use the on-site laundry facilities in the Condominiums.
