房間都大的！
沖涼的水壓不夠！水溫也不夠！害我洗澡時也不敢太久，會很冷沒有熱水⋯！企缸的去水也很慢！
床很軟不舒服！最後一晚我兩人也被小東西咬了身幾口！我的身也痕了多天⋯
廁所殘舊！去廁所後用過的紙巾不能沖落馬桶內！？！
退房時也要自己倒垃圾！？！

Kelvin地点方便，但地址不清楚，下樓已經是食館及購物點，嘈雜聲音比附近想像環境好，房間價格便宜，但衛生清潔有代改善，但是房間清潔淨尚可，只是沒有每天清潔及需自行將垃圾處理，但房東沒有給予清潔用品清潔，哈哈! 洗手間沒有抽氣造成有點異味!
熱水爐水流足夠及夠熱，洗手盆水喉的水流又太大，經常弄濕用圍邊 ，浴室空間不夠，轉身都很不方便，交房員工友善，需要時可隨時找到
