地點離火車站不是太遠，離美食很多的國華街也很近，老宅裡頭佈置的溫韾舒適，一樓公共區域很令人放鬆，還有2隻店貓的陪伴，2樓四人背包客房，雖面積不大，但四人空間足矣，共用浴室夠大，洗澡水壓強
