The size of the place!!! Cleaningness. The garage was just right as parking elsewhere would have been kaos. Using the garage to enter and exit the building was way easier than using key entrance/exit.

The apartment was massive. So much space for 3, but this much space made it feel luxurious. The location was perfect for us.
Heating in the main living area was a struggle but the rest of the apartment was toasty as.
