実家のような安心感的な
一軒をそのまま一組に貸してくださるため、貸切状態でとてもリラックスできた。洗濯洗剤や食器など、家庭用品もたくさん揃えてあり非常に便利だった。またオーナーの方がとても気さくで良い人だった。
また駐車場が近くにあるらしく、車で向かう際はオーナーさんに聞いてから行くと良さそう。
シャワールームが結構狭い。

オーナーさんの人柄めよく、良い思い出になりました。
オーナーの方がとても親切で気さくな方で、安心しました。
清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。
DIYされたんだと思うのですが、建て付けが少し悪かったり、センサーライトが付かなかったり、洗面所のセンサーライトがすぐに消えて暗いのが気になりました。

The location is excellent — peaceful and quiet in a small residential neighborhood, while still being very convenient for transportation.

I was fortunate that the Otsu tourist information Center were so wonderful.
The house was not that great unless you are familiar with the city and stay there as a group. The city though is very nice. You can find Lake Biwa just by walking about half an hour from the train station.

yoshiさんの温かな接客に心地よさを感じました。
オーナーのyoshiさんが、とても親切で丁寧な対応でしたので、安心して過ごすことができました。大津駅からも近く、利便性が良いと感じました。
テレビはなかったのですが、1人と向き合う時間になりました。（このような時間も大切と感じましたので、良くなかったという話ではありません。）
可能であれば、テレビが共同スペースにあると良いかもしれません。
