基本上來檳城辦事或渡假，我都會選擇金栢麗酒店，就因為它讓我住得很舒服。
但這次有件事情卻令我感到非常屈辱，不吐不快！
這次我訂了住3晚，由於床型不對，第二天要求換了兩張單人床，其實都很OK，櫃台也很配合處理。
最後一天退房時，突然被通知說我們拿走了房內物件，是一個裝包裝咖啡飲料的小盒子。並且還說我們第一天入住…
