兼六園に近く，コンビニやドラッグストアも近くにあって立地がとても良いです．
古い建物なので，その点が気になる方はお勧めできないかもしれません．

駐車場が借りられる。自転車も借りられる。
ガスも使えて自炊できる。
シャワーあり。
エアコンあり。
金沢城至近！
コストを抑えた旅の拠点にするには最高！
但し、学生アパート程度なので過度な期待をする人はやめておいた方がいいかも。
何も言うことなし。これで文句言う人は、ちゃんとしたお金を払って、ちゃんとしたところに泊ってください。
