房間臭臭的，床很硬，有人抽煙啟動警報，打去櫃檯都沒人，馬桶還有怪聲很大聲吵死，吹風機可以換一個都快解體

入住隔天早上6點15分左右火警器鈴聲大響，原因是因為有環保公司來做清潔，煙霧太大導致警鈴大響，響了至少30分鐘，後續詢問櫃檯人員補償，櫃台人員表示給予延後一小時退房，我個人是非常不能接受。
