Shower handle is broken ....i asked the staff that it was broken before ....was it fixed ? then the staff said yes but it was not ...please repair the shower handle and towel holder in room 101 please...

They refused entry because they didn’t have staff to check me in at 9.00 pm! I traveled far and had no place to go as it was already late. Never had such horrible experience in Nepal.

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. The building has no staffs, a person will check you in and you are good to go. No staff doesn't mean it is not safe, the locality may look shady but it is safe. The door has…
