The property is a beautiful old Newar house with a nice front courtyard and a rear garden courtyard where guests can hang out, eat meals, and relax. It is also a three minute walk to Patan durbar square.

the location is exceptional. in the heart of patan but quiet (except for the barking dogs which is a feature of Kathmandu). staff are very responsive. the old place is charming. breakfast is exclelent.

Lovely place, very stylish, nice staff, good breakfast, nice location, room was beautiful - overall a great experience!
the bed mattraces were not the same thickness/height in our room so the couples might struggle with…
