(1)訊息回覆快速，入住/退房都非常簡單順暢
(2)位置非常好，我們幾乎都走路去吃美食，不然附近共享機車也很好借
(3)附近小巷有免費機車停車場，住宿也提供很清楚的停車場資訊(入住期間民宿讓我們停在門口，太感謝了)
(4)房間簡單、舒適、乾淨
(1)沒有公用飲水機，不過民宿也提供了兩箱瓶裝水讓需要的房客拿
