This is the worst “4-star” hotel I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to 2-star and 3-star places which put it to shame.
It seems like no maintenance has been done in over 10 years; probably far longer.

Great hotel, and great location not even 10 min walk from the gondola and main attractions.
