HOIYANHK宿舍只有三層，但並沒有電梯，對於提著大型行李的住客不太方便。浴場關閉時間太早了，時間沒有彈性，還有每天7:30就在廣播，對於還未起床的客人來說是騷擾。
宿舍晚上9時就關燈，女浴湯也是準時9點清場，即使你在內差一點點還未梳洗完畢，阿伯也會強行進場善後，還表現出不耐煩及語氣不好的態度，太令人驚嚇了。房間隔音設備差，鄰近即聲音也清楚聽到。

Room was spacious. Hotel was located away from the slopes so it was very peaceful.
