柏翰TW老闆與員工多是歐美人，風格跟一般日式旅館較不同。
旅館內有附廚房，早上提供有食材讓大家可自行烹煮。
距離栂池高原滑雪場步行約5-10分鐘，也有提供乾燥室供大家烘乾雪具。
乾燥室如果可以用房號區分一下會更好~~
