部屋は清潔で快適であるが、バスルームが古い造りで使いにくい。お湯の温度の調整もうまくいかずに、一度熱湯が出るとお湯の温度を調整できない。

ムンバイでユネスコの世界遺産に登録されているチャトラパティ・シヴァージー・ターミナス駅（CST駅）のすぐ近くです。そのためCST駅の夜のライトアップを見ることもできたり、CST駅からの早朝の列車を利用するのにもとても便利なホテルです。
飛行機でムンバイに夜、到着して最初に宿泊するのにとても便利な価格のホテルです。
難点として朝食の注文の方法が分からなかった。
