Oppholdet var ikke til forventning da dusjen/wc i vår etasje ikke var i orden.
Sa ifra i resepsjonen at vi ikke hadde kaldtvann i vasken/dusjen på rommet men fikk beskjed om at vi måtte bruke det som lå en etasje opp.

Just imagine you are traveling, and you are expecting a normal room for sleeping, and this imagination would stop when you arrive at this so-called hotel. The lobby makes people feel bad.
