We visited primarily to go to Auswitch. It enjoyed Krakow very much and the hotel was a great, central bolt hole.
RafaelaThe hotel was very nice and comfortable. However, 99% of the time the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I mentioned this to the staff four times, but the issue was never resolved. Aside from that, everything else was great.
