דירה מעוצבת, משופצת, מאובזרת, נקייה מאוד ונוחה. יתרון ענק שיש 2 מזגנים, מה שהיה הכרחי לתקופה שהגענו בה.
היה נחמד טם היתה פינת אוכל במטבח. ובנוסף היה רק שירותים אחד (בשני היה גקוזי בלבד)
