Very nice staff and clean comfortable room and beds. The showers were very clean. The AC was wonderful in the hot summer days. Great place to explore Madrid on a budget!

Budget friendly and walking distance to Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor
Location, staff was friendly ( they spoke Spanish, but we did translate our conversations) , price, they let us leave our bags before checking in so we didn’t have to carry them around.
Breakfast could have been better.
