A very pleasant stay despite the extreme heat conditions.
The bed was extremely large and very comfortable. The bedroom was at the back away from the main road. It was a well appointed 2nd floor flat (the Silver Suite) that I would recommend if staying in Cheltenham again.

Its the little thing that make this great
For a minute arriving a meeting at the housecaping staff, it's been great. Um, everything you needed for breakfast and just a great way to start the day there
