民宿主人本來希望親自接待，但由於我們怕塞車等到達的時間不明確，民宿主也提供了詳細的入住說明說我們 self-checkin。停車位置在民宿走路約1分鐘距離的地方，民宿使用電子密碼鎖自行 checkin，房間非常乾淨，提供簡易廚房、洗衣機、晾衣架，環境安靜，走路即可到達餐廳很多的茶屋街，是十分方便及放鬆的住宿。
只有一樓有廁所，但睡房在二樓，樓梯有點徒，習慣半夜需要上廁所要小心，或有同行有年長者走樓梯可能比較吃力

至近のひがし茶屋を含め、抜群のロケーションでした。町家の雰囲気も存分に楽しめました。自家用車での訪問でしたが、チェックアウト後も駐車場を使わせて頂き、とても助かりました。
強いて言えば、安全面を考慮して階段に手すりがあった方が良いのかもしれません。
