The pools were not clean,murky and slippery,the staff were a bit rude esp on the check out process,the host was not bad,he did everything to try make the stay worthwhile
MackETThe light was off for one night, the water was off for one day, and the room had a cockroach. All the water in the room was salty water (there was bottled water for drinking)
