Due to changes in the winds and the flow of the ocean, certain months of the year December, January, February and half of march our beach has weeds. This might limit your access in terms of swimming but around 656 feet from us the beach starts to clear. We hope to still accommodate you during this time as we have a beautiful large pool and view. A deposit may be required at the property.
