Entered room + turned 3 lights on. The phone did not work. Busy circuit signal, no dial tone. Had to go down to the lobby to ask how the thermostat worked. Went back to the room and the lights were out. Phone still not…

Overpriced
Well this hotel is way overpriced for service you get information said food availability is to 9pm arrive just after 830 told kitchen closed.so only option is drinks bar. Staff where either playing on phone or outside…

Surprised but not in a nice way!
Definitely a surprise when staying here….and NOT in a good way.
There are so many issues with this overpriced hotel, which should be more of a guest house at best.

We were welcomed and the host did everything she could to care for our every need! She was fantastic! The grounds around the hotel are amazing! Make sure you take the time to walk around and enjoy!
