We stayed at several hotels/BnBs in the Waterford area. This was an excellent budget priced property, Hosts were helpful and polite, Breakfast was very good, Room was clean and updated recently. Excellent value!

The room was comfortable, bed was good, good bathroom too. There was good options for different breakfasts as well. It was a good location just outside the town and between Tramore which is another nice seaside town.
