La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Un inmueble si buscas algo muy básico en instalaciones.
El departamento es muy sencillo y el edificio tambien es muy basico.

ルガーノでは連日30度の暑さだったので、洗濯機があり毎日洗濯できて助かった。
エアコンはなかったが、蛍光灯の上に回転式の扇風機の羽根のようなものがついていたので、それを回すと涼しかった。
コーヒーや調味料、洗濯洗剤も備え付けてあった。Wifiについて質問のメールを送ると、オーナーがすぐに対応してくれた。
まな板が小さいものしかなく、ワインオープナーが不足。ダイニングテーブルが壁に付いていて、使いにくい感じだった。
