1.服務好。當天入住後一發現馬桶無法沖水，飯店二話不說直接升級換四人房，房間舒適有窗戶還能看到台北101。

房間乾淨舒適，早餐營養均衡
蓮蓬頭冷熱水不易調整、出水量不大且熱水稍慢，無對外可開窗，只有落地玻璃，大聽、客房走廊無飲水機。
KUNDATW地點好，離捷運站步行約5-10分鐘，房間大小適中、乾淨，服務人員親切。
浴室抽風機聲音大，早餐種類不多，且多為油炸類食物(薯條、洋蔥圈、雞米花及雞塊)，同種類早餐未擺放在同一區塊，動線不順，例如1. 夾完稀飯配菜後，打開旁邊保溫鍋，發現裏頭是關東煮，稀飯保溫鍋反而放在同桌對角，2. 烤麵包機與吐司放在不同桌上，拿取上較為不便，而且當天用餐時發現廚房門未關，有聞到明顯油煙味，是比較美中不足之處。
