Very poor cleanliness, mattresses very uncomfortable and almost hurt the back. The linen is not changed despite multiple requests. The staff is not cordial…

Toilet seat was broken, no footmat in bathroom, bathroom door lock not functioning properly. Too expensive for the size of the room.

I think it's very compact compared to other Ginger Hotel it's a very small property in the rooms are not that great they're just average.
