整體而言是便宜，可以過夜洗澡的地方。
位置很方便，離火車站很近。適合男生居住，當然裡面主要的住客都是男生，價格便宜。
冷氣運轉聲音過大，女生要居住可能要再考慮一下浴廁不多的狀況、公共空間比較小。
