Tv limited channels but not that important to me because I never watch tv at home anyway,all in all very good value for money and staff nice and polite would stay again if in reading

The man at the reception was very friendly
He gave me a room upgrade when I arrived which I didn't really understand why
The room he gave me had a slight smell of urine and the Aircon unit was noisey

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was very tired and extremely warm. Believe it was overpriced for what it is but was fine for the night.

This Hotel I find is more for asian people than euoropeans. Room was noisy so I requested a move a different room. This was done. Info in the bathroom says bath mats were available,the hotel didn’t have anything.
