I was vey happy with my room and the hotel
Was clean and all facilities worked well.
The room temperature was very hot due to it being summer time and room located at the top of the building however, a fan was available in the room which was constantly needed…

Nice place just needed a little freshen up
Close to town
Room was cold and had a funny smell as if the windows hadn’t been opened in a while but they did bring us a heater

I stayed here a few times for work, the staff were friendly and always tried to book me into the same familiar room. Everything was always perfectly clean.

Very cheap and in easy walking distance of the town centre.
Very basic facilities with a bizarre motion sensor light in the bedroom. There was also a very strange smell throughout the property. Just off the Oxford road…

It had everything I needed for a short stay.
Nothing was a problem, if I needed anything, as if by magic someone would appear.

What we’d check for you here

How many rooms they will hold at once, for how long, and on what terms.
That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.

Questions about The Abbey House Hotel

What time is check-in and check-out at The Abbey House Hotel?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.

Does The Abbey House Hotel allow pets?

No — the property states that pets are not allowed.

Is there parking at The Abbey House Hotel?

Yes — the property states that parking on site is free. Whether a space can be reserved in advance varies, so we check it against your dates.

Does The Abbey House Hotel have Wi-Fi?

Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.

Can I book a block of rooms at The Abbey House Hotel?

The property lists meeting and banquet space, which usually means it handles group business — but how many rooms it will hold at once, for how long, and at what rate are set case by case and are not in any feed. Tell us the dates and the number of rooms and we'll get those terms from the property in writing before anything is charged.

Does The Abbey House Hotel have wheelchair accessible rooms?

The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.

How do I book The Abbey House Hotel?

Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
