這次和家人一起住四人尊爵家庭房,是不錯的住宿體驗, 房間乾淨, 床也很大很好睡 , 廁所馬桶是TOTO, 有溫暖的坐墊, 上廁所很舒服, 浴室也夠大可以舒服泡湯 , 房間部分覺得還可改進的是四人房的沙發椅略小, 頂多坐兩人, 外加一張無靠背椅也只能坐3個人, 若再增加一張椅子就可以讓家人一起圍繞吃東西聊天 , 我也很喜歡頂樓的露天大眾湯池 , 剛好遇到颱風住客少, 5個池隨意泡 , 真是享受極了!! 旅館離火車站很近, 周邊方便又熱鬧…

枕頭棉被很乾淨舒服，冷氣很強
等候區沒有對應顧客需求的座位，也無引導。
電視當機，修繕人員直接穿鞋入內踩在房內地墊上。早餐有很大的改善空間，不過服務的阿姨人都很好。

有位年長的員工在停車場遇見即馬上過來搬行李，大廳的桌子也可以舒適的使用外食，好像自己家一樣
