浴室三間廁所其中兩間也包含衛浴，另有兩間純衛浴，對人數來說可以，微波爐、晾曬、放置個人物品等設備都合適，士林夜市就在旁不過住的地方整潔度沒問題，架上也有些書刊能閱讀。最重要的是交通位置就在捷運對面，附近商家也多，和其他房客交流見聞也還不錯。
