Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Es gab Bad und WC separat. Die Küche hatte alles was man zum Selbstverpflegen braucht. Die Lage in der Nähe von Südstrand war perfekt Die Nähe zur Borkum Bahn störte nicht.
