我定了更贵的高层房间，员工只给我便宜的一楼房，而且没有退我差价，直到我发现后他们才认赔，缺乏诚信。还有双卧室套房的厕所不在公共区域，而在其中一个房间里，进出不方便。其中一个房间有霉味。
