部屋のドアの下部の隙間が大きく通路の明かりが漏れて見えた。そのため他の部屋の騒音が遮音されず筒抜けで騒々しく、他の部屋のルームサービスの食べ物の匂いまで自分の部屋にまで匂ってきて非常に不快だった。朝食付きプランだったがコーヒーが選択肢になく飲めなかった。コーヒーも飲めない朝食メニューは他のホテルでは経験したことが無い。
