Apartamento ruinoso y en muy mal estado, era muy incomodo ya que es muy pequeño, el agua caliente dura 5 min y en invierno te tienes que duchar con agua fria.

Nice stay, I can recommend the place.
Nice place, perfect location with Bars and Restaurants around the corner. Still, the apartment was quiet. Very nice and supportive landlord.
