I think the whole room needs to be updated and definitely more deep cleaning the room was terrible sand on the floor a roach in the floor I wouldn't rent from this place again

The interior of the apartment could use deep cleaning. Ceiling fan blades needed cleaning. Sand on floor. I had to sweep. Area rugs needed vacuuming.
