I liked that the property was close to the beach and that I could walk to places to eat. It was also nice to sit on the porch outside my unit and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Broken rocking chairs should be removed, paint peeling off some of them stick to your skin. Remove and replace.
Brown stains on couch cushions, couch needs to be replaced.
