主人會在入住前聯絡check in方法，非常親切
要步行樓梯两層才會到第一層的客房，行李箱較重的客人要注意，
門口要換上室內拖鞋，不過有住客會把換好的鞋周處放
浴室有一點點少，較介意浴室廁所空間的客人要注意
隔音一般，晚上會不時聽到駛入小巷的機車引擎聲
