Bed was good and quiet at night time.
Parking at the premise for larger types of vehicles is very tight to negotiate the gateway but is achievable by reversing in and taking your time.

We enjoyed the stay in Orange and the house was good as we had more space and the kitchen to use.
Location was in a laneway so it was very quiet. As we had a larger car we had to back it into the driveway each time but not too much of an inconvenience.

Very disappointed , bed pillows and mattress were stained, aircon unit was smelly and filthy, with filters almost black.
Mould on curtains probably that not been cleaned in years .
Definitely not worth the money ,…

Comfy and clean and centrally located
Close to town and very easy to get about. A lovely place with everything needed for a comfy stay.
Suggest a couple of outdoor chairs to enjoy the sun and fresh air
