Very poor hosts. Purposeful ignorance of urgent matters which saw booking.com immediately rectify.

Owners did not answer emails, phone calls, sms at all after they locked us out of the house until 4hrs after we arrived (6pm). Funny, they answered the phone immediately booking.com…
