Excelente relación precio y calidad. Muy buena ubicación y Carlitos (el anfitrión) de 10 .
Si bien está algo alejado del centro tiene muy buenas conexiones de transporte ya que las Vans y los buses pasan por la puerta. Lleno de lugares para comer y markets para comprar lo necesario. Cómodo y ecónomico.

El apto esta sobre la av. Jose Bento lo que hace que tenga omnibus, vans, supermercados, etc al instante. Tiene la playa de manguinhos y porto da barra a menos de 5 min y la playa Geriba a 10 min.
