Não foi agraves pela quantidade de gatos.
A estrutura do hotel, o conforto, a beleza, os funcionários.
A quantidade enorme de gatos nas áreas comuns do hotel, no balcão da recepção, sofás, corredores, áreas de refeições. Achei isso bizarro e falta de higiene.

Foi minha 3a vez no hotel e sempre o atendimento é simpatico, decoraçao agradavel e cafe da manhã delicioso. A vista pro canal é linda e a area da piscina é otima para relaxar.

O quarto bem espaçoso e a pousada em si é bonita, tem uma vibe bem calma e os funcionários atenciosos.
Eles não avisaram que a jacuzzi tava ruim sendo que eles já sabiam 4 dias antes, acho que eles deveriam avisar os…
