That our rooms were double booked and we had to scramble to find a new, much lesser accommodation. Supposed to be a free stay but we were charged for this on February 13.

Loved my stay here. The apartment was spacious and had great character. Location was perfect, about 20 a minute walk to Old San Juan and 15 minute walk to the beach. It is off a busy road so there is some street noise…

They were attentive, respectful and accommodating. When a storm was coming they upgraded us to a different unit with generators, so we were never without power. The only negative thing I could say is there was no toaster…
