Location location . Lovely view of the Lois bridge and Duro River. Festive live music in the park opposite for sunset every evening.

Fantastic views and location. Easy to get to riverfront, tram,and trains
Park across from house has nightly music and crowds until about midnight. Not super loud but you can hear them
