Therefore, advanced reservation is advised in order to guarantee availability. Special requests and preferences cannot be guaranteed. They are subject to availability upon check-in and may be subject to additional charges. Guests bringing their pets have to contact the hotel in advance. Any type of extra bed needs to be requested when making the booking and confirmed by management. You can use the Special Requests box when making your reservation. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
