CHUNCHIEHTW除了地板狀況不佳，其餘都還能接受，性價比高。

地板有塌陷問題，雖有貼警告，但實際屋況並沒有特別告知入住旅客非常不妥，希望這點能再改進，或者塌陷地方能夠以別的方式去改進，而不是貼張紙條在上面，紙張那範圍旁也有塌陷問題，不是那麼小一點。
入住時唯一覺得問題點較大的地方。
妤萱TW地理位置方便，適合家庭或多人入住，公共空間寬敞且可包棟，整體住宿舒適。不過房間隔音較差，一樓蚊子較多，若能改善會更好。
