The floors were uneven like you could fall through. The front door header was broken and not repaired properly. The neighborhood did not feel safe. We stayed at a hotel after coming to the property

the location was perfect for all my needs. Within 5 minutes of dining, entertainment, walking trails. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with neighbors that waved and were very polite.
