Kaoruチェックインの時は、笑顔で感じが良い女性スタッフ2人(1人は日本語が話せる)が対応してくれて、階段を大きいスーツケースを運ぶのを親切に手伝ってくれました。
セイフティボックスがエラー表示が出て使えない事に対して、スーツケースを運んでくれた女性のスタッフさんが、翌日一生懸命に対応してくださり、リクエストに応えてくれました。

不自由はなかったですが、窓がない等の説明がない。写真の写りが良すぎて実際とはかけ離れている。民宿の改装みたいな感じだが、ドアやリノベの部分はよい。フロントの人はとても親切。
